All rates billed at 1 hour minimum then by half hour increment.

*Emergency rate applies to non-contract work requiring a quick response.

Service Prepayment Package 


   This plan allows the customer to pre-purchase on-site labor time. This service can be used by the customer for any regular on-site service and is not bound by a time limit or deadline. This prepayment is for service time only and does not include parts or software. All Prepayment plans entitle you to a quick response as opposed to scheduled service time. Not Limited to 1 year of use.  Example 10 Hours @ $75.00 per = $750.00

 

 

Maintenance Contract


  This plan is designed to provide hardware and software service and support for network and peripheral systems, parts not included. This agreement includes regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits to monitor, maintain, and identify hardware and software issues that arise within the network infrastructure with the express purpose of preventing failures and minimizing "down time". Through monthly, checkups, we will diagnose failing or poorly performing systems and network devices. Non essential software that can often lead to instability and data contamination will be removed at these times. During diagnosis of the operating system and peripheral applications, necessary upgrades and updates will be reviewed. These contracts are calculated by a needs assessment and are not restricted to total hours as in service prepayment. Normal hours of service are 9-5, contracts allow for flexible scheduling around business hours for the purpose of upgrades and maintenance. May be billed Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.

 

 

Management Contract


  This plan is designed to provide network management support. This agreement includes weekly or bi-weekly visits to actively manage your network and peripheral systems, including verifying the regular back-up of critical data and changing back-up media, establishing access criteria, monitoring system security (including users and user passwords), scheduling back-up recovery tests, and verifying active virus protection. These appointments are normally scheduled on the same day and time each week either on-site or remotely as necessary to provide the necessary structure to manage the network effectively. This type of Service Agreement does not automatically include any maintenance features. These contracts are calculated by a needs assessment. May be billed Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
